Final Poster

The final poster for Poster Design. The theme was to design what you think embodies you as an artist in a poster for your senior show. I really am lost as to where I want to go or who I want to be as an artist, so I thought a Wizard of Oz poster was appropriate. There's a long tirade behind this poster, but to make the sob story shorter, I was denied a final critique out of spite and pettiness. Anyways, it's done in acrylics and looks awesome up on my wall.

Another Poster

More artwork! I got a bunch of life drawing projects back that I will upload soon, but I need to take pictures of them because they are too big to scan. Anyways. Below we have the latest poster from Danawi's Poster Design class, done in the C.F. Payne technique, with acrylic, watercolor, and oil washes with colored pencil on top. I was inspired by Norman Rockwell's 'Gossip' poster, and I hope the message of this reads clearly. Thanks to Zac Orangio for his help with the font and text layout (I am a graphic design failure).
